Adi Alani Tuivucilevu

Network Coordinator

Adi Alani Tuivucilevu graduated from the University of the South Pacific with a Bachelor’s of Science majoring in Marine Science. She previously worked with Nawi Island Limited as a Marine Biologist/ and GVI as a Marine Research Officer/ Community Liaison Officer. She also involves herself with community projects in her homeland of Vanua Levu wherever her expertise is needed such as the Coordination and Conducting Capacity Building Workshops in villagers within the Cakaudrove Province. She is passionate about  empowering resource owners to realise the full potential of their resources and how to sustainably manage these resources.

Sainiana Hulita

Project Officer

Sainiana Hulita graduated from the University of the South Pacific with a Bachelor’s of Science majoring in Biology and Chemistry. She previously worked at PAFCO as a Lab technician before joining WiFN as a volunteer. She has contributed in some baseline survey conducted by the organization. Now she is devoted in Projects that looks after women fishers in rural community. She believes that women play a major role in the community and when a woman engages in fishing, she has the chance to improve her self-esteem through respect for the environment, grasping outdoor skills and attaining personal goals.
