We are proud to share that two of our representatives – Executive Board Chair Ms. Cherie Morris and Interim Network Coordinator Ms. Sainiana Hulita are currently attending the 15th Association for Women’s Rights in Development (AWID) International Forum in Bangkok, Thailand.

This important engagement has been made possible through the support of the Australia n Government via the Australian NGO Cooperation Program (ANCP).

On Day 2, WiFN‑Fiji joined Oxfam in the Pacific and Diva for Equality in a powerful panel discussion titled “Broken bodies, backbreaking, building resistance.” The session spotlighted the realities of unpaid care work, domestic responsibilities, and communal labor in the Pacific, while also amplifying the voices of women who continue to build resilience in the face of climate and social challenges.

WiFN‑Fiji remains committed to advocating for women’s rights, amplifying Pacific voices, and strengthening collective action for equality and justice.
