ANCP Shifting Power Shifting Voices – End of Project Validation & Evaluation 26–27 June 2025 with support from the Australian Government through the Australian NGO Cooperation Program (ANCP)
After four powerful years of amplifying local voices and championing inclusive change, partners came together to celebrate and reflect on the journey of the Shifting Power Shifting Voices (SPSV) project.
Day 1 Takeaways: Shared rich learnings, evaluations, case studies, and milestones from 2021–2025, highlighting community-led impact and transformative collaboration.
Partners courageously shared their safeguarding truths, exploring what protection, dignity, and accountability looked like across contexts.
Reflected on the SEECF Terms of Reference—asking whether our shared values aligned with our lived practices of social inclusion and economic empowerment.
Day 2 Deep Dives: Continued the SEECF discussion with renewed clarity and commitment.
Reviewed project closure requirements and validated the End-of-Project Evaluation, ensuring our stories are captured with integrity.
Asked “Where to from here?” as we explored the OIP Gender Design focus and partners shared their transition plans beyond SPSV – carrying forward the heart of the project into future impact.
This wasn’t just a project close – it was a powerful pivot toward a more inclusive, equitable future built on trust, learning, and Pacific-led leadership.
