A total of 20 participants from 7 provinces; Cakaudrove, Kadavu, Ba, Ra, Tailevu, Rewa & Nadroga gathered at Tanoa Rakiraki Hotel for a two-day workshop on Climate Change and Adaptation Workshop from 27th -28th October. This was a follow-up workshop from last year’s – Climate Change Adaptation, Disaster Risk Resilience and Climate Justice Workshop which was held in Leleuvia Island Resort on 18th -20th May 2022. Attendees were able to reflect on initiative being implemented into their communities from the lessons learnt last year. The 2- day event was funded by Women’s fund Fiji, as part of their work with Global Alliance for Green and Gender Action (GAGGA).
