Strengthening Community Preparedness through Early Warning Systems in Ra and Ba – 2025

By combining scientific expertise with traditional knowledge, these sessions empower communities especially women fishers to better prepare, respond, and adapt to changing weather patterns. From the forecasted rainfall for the next three months, our women fishers and their families can plan their fishing trips accordingly especially communities that heavily depend on marine resources for survival. This initiative is especially essential as we are currently in the cyclone season and all measures to prepare our women is of paramount importance.
